Massive congrats to Diarmaid O’Connell who has been named in the starting line up (at No 8 ) for the Irish U20’s who take on South Africa U20s at Virgin Media Park this Friday evening (Kick-off 7.30pm).
Another huge milestone for Diarmaid who has progressed through the international ranks of U18, 19 and now through to U20 as the squad prepares for the 2026 Men’s U20s Six Nations, which gets underway in February.
